What would you do with 4 extra hours a week? I'd like to think I would finally get some gym time.
According to a recent interview with Katie Couric, Julie Morgenstern, a productivty specialist (someone who gets paid to tell other people how to best behave and manage time) said its easy to get 4 extra hours a week.
1 hour of planning means 4 hours of saved time.
BAM! The trick is STICK TO THE PLAN!
Each evening, plan out the next day and try your best to stick to it.
Also, being healthy, not skipping meals, and exercising makes you MUCH MORE productive. In fact, those who exercise in the morning or at lunch, over time, improve their productivity by 80%!
