There's a lot today worth sharing so get ready for a big blog!

First of all, Stella Boonshoft.  She's my hero today.  Click the pic to read about her and why she posted this picture to the web.  She's real and she's gorgeous.  I've lost and gained hundreds of pounds over the years.  Most recently I've lost exactly 100 pounds with a few more to go and although I'm at the "thinnest" I've ever been, I don't think I could pose for that picture.  My stomach is not pretty, I've only recently stopped being self conscious with my own husband.  Stella, your bravery inspires us!

The next Iron Man looks flipping amazing!  April is 6 long months away though!!!!  The new trailer will have to do until then... 

And last but certainly not least... another Gangnam video... Yes, I know.  I promised no more Gangnam videos... but this is a house and not people doing the dance so it doesn't count!  And you'll thank me because frankly, it's AWESOME.
