A teenage girl has persuaded Hasbro toy company to create a unisex “Easy Bake Oven”. McKenna Pope collected 44,000 signatures  and presented them yesterday to Hasbro executives.

At issue is the traditional purple and pink

Easy-Bake Oven that may not be as appealing to

boys and promotes gender roles.

Hasbro agreed and now we look forward to the

more male-friendly Black & Silver oven available

sometime around Valentines Day
